About Me
I am dedicated to offering guidance, support, and compassion as I coach families navigating the educational journey of their child with special needs.
With nearly two decades of dedicated service in public education, I have built my career around advocating for and empowering students with special needs. I have led teams in creating and implementing inclusive, effective, and student-centered programs.
My journey began in Louisiana, where I first entered the field as a Special Education Teacher. Over the years, I have held various roles including Lead Special Education Teacher and Instructional Coach, each one deepening my expertise in program development and instructional leadership.
In addition to my hands-on experience, I hold a Doctoral Degree in Education Leadership , which has further informed my commitment to research-based strategies, equity, and systemic change. My work is driven by a strong belief in the potential of every learner and a passion for creating environments where both students and educators can thrive.
